All Square Between Two Struggling Sides

New England and Montreal go head-to-head this weekend in Massachusetts. The Revs are looking to end an eight-game winless streak in MLS.

New England are enduring a miserable season. Since beating Toronto at the start of May to claim a fourth consecutive victory, Caleb Porter’s side have won just one of their following 13 MLS matches.

Montreal are also in poor form, winning only two MLS matches since May. After beating New York in late June, Impact have taken one point from a possible 12 (three defeats, one draw).

With both teams in woeful form, this clash at Gillette Stadium could be a tough watch. A draw does not really suit either, but we can see the strugglers cancelling each other out in Foxborough. Back the draw and under 2.5 goals at 4.60.

Draw & Under 2.5 Goals – 4.60

New York to Take All Three Points in Texas

Dallas and New York lock horns in an intriguing MLS matchup at Toyota Stadium. After ending a long winless run last time out, can the hosts secure back-to-back league wins for the first time since March?

Dallas recently picked up one point from a possible 15, but Eric Quill’s troops hammered St. Louis City last weekend. Petar Musa was the hero for the Bulls, scoring a brace in the 3-0 victory.

New York’s form is patchy, winning three, losing two, and drawing one of their previous six MLS games. Before drawing in Kansas last week, the Boys in Blue won 2-1 at Orlando City.

New York have taken four points from their last two away games, and we can see City snatching a victory in Texas this weekend. The visitors are available at 2.70.

New York City Win – 2.70

Cincy to Lay Down a Marker in Florida

The biggest game of the MLS weekend takes place on Saturday night in Florida when Inter Miami host Cincinnati. Both teams have won six of their previous seven MLS fixtures.

Miami have taken 18 points from the last 21 on offer and have lost just one of their past eight league games. Their sole defeat during that run came away at Cincinnati last week. The Herons bounced back with a thumping 5-1 away win at New York Red Bulls.

Since a surprise 4-2 home reverse to Columbus Crew, Cincinnati have responded with wins over Inter Miami and Real Salt Lake. The Ohio outfit are top of the Eastern Conference table, seven points above Inter Miami.

Cincinnati eased past the Miami side when the pair clashed at TQL Stadium last week, running out 3-0 winners. Take a punt on Pat Noonan’s men to win to nil again at 9.75.
