Eagles to Soar to Comfortable Home Victory

Philadelphia and Dallas lock horns on Thursday in the season opener at Lincoln Financial Field. The defending champions are looking for a big win in game one.

Last year’s Super Bowl winners picked up preseason successes against Cincinnati Bengals and New York Jets, though they did suffer a home loss to Cleveland Browns. All eyes will be on Nick Sirianni’s boys on the opening weekend.

Dallas had a mediocre 2024 season, winning just seven and finishing in 11^th place in the National Football Conference. It will be tough, but Cowboys are looking for a playoff berth this year.

Chargers to Claim Statement Win in Game One

Chargers and Chiefs meet in a tasty game at SoFi Stadium on the opening weekend. Both teams will fancy their chances of securing the win, although the hosts are fancied with the bookmakers.  

Los Angeles finished fifth in the 2024 AFC but were beaten in the Wild Card playoffs. In preseason, Chargers won two and lost two. Can they kick on and go even further in 2025?

Kansas City had a disappointing preseason campaign, suffering three defeats from three. Andy Reid’s boys were beaten by Cardinals, Seattle Seahawks, and Chicago Bears. Last year, Chiefs lost to Eagles at Super Bowl LIX.

Kellen Moore’s New Orleans and Jonathan Gannon’s Arizona go head-to-head at Caesars Superdrome. Despite being on home soil, Saints are the underdogs.

New Orleans failed to win a preseason game, suffering defeats to Chargers and Denver Broncos. However, they also battled to a home tie with Jacksonville Jaguars.

Arizona are one of the most unpredictable teams in NFL this season, but Gannon’s troops are more than capable of taking a playoff spot. Cardinals picked up impressive preseason victories over Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders.

Arizona head to Louisiana as favourites for a reason, and we fancy the visitors to leave with a strong away triumph. Our money is going on Cardinals to win –7.5 at 2.20.
