The Portuguese hold the advantage, with a draw being enough for third. However, if they lose to the Belgians at the Estadio do Maritimo, Francisco Neto’s troops will be relegated to League B. Portugal are on four points from five games, while Belgium have taken just three points from a possible 15.

As expected, the Portuguese are the favourites to prevail on home soil, but the Belgians have already stunned England and will be no pushovers in Funchal. Still, the hosts should edge it, and there is good value in 3.95 for the Portugal win and both teams to score.

In Group A4 on Tuesday night, Wales and Italy lock horns at the Swansea.com Stadium. The Italians cannot qualify for the Nations League Finals, but second place is still up for grabs.

It has been a tough campaign for Wales, who are winless in five Nations League games. The Dragons have taken just two points from 15 on offer, drawing two and losing three.

Italy have collected seven points after two wins, two defeats, and one draw. They beat Wales on the opening day, but the Blues have gone on to take a mere four points from their following four Group A4 fixtures.

Italy have won every previous meeting, and Andrea Soncin’s side should make light work of Wales in Swansea on Tuesday. The visitors are priced at 2.40 to win to nil.
