Poles to Prevail in Helsinki

Poland are hoping to make it three wins from three in Group G when they travel to Helsinki to face Finland. An away win will take the Poles to nine points and put them five points clear of the Finns.

Michal Probierz’s men have made a strong start to World Cup qualifying. After beating Lithuania 1-0, the Eagles won 2-0 at home against Malta in their last game. Poland will fancy their chances of securing a top-two finish in the group.

Finland have taken four points from their opening three fixtures. They beat Malta by a goal to nil on the road, drawing 2-2 in Lithuania in the next one. However, the Finns were beaten at home by Netherlands at the weekend.

Poland are in fine form, winning the last three. The White-Reds should see off Finland at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on Tuesday, and the away victory is available at 1.85.

Big Three Points for Albania

Latvia and Albania lock horns on Tuesday in Group K. With Thomas Tuchel’s England expected to win the group, the fight for the play-off place could go to the wire. The Albanians head to Riga a point and a place above the Latvians.  

Latvia have taken three points from a possible six. They beat Andorra away from home in their opener, but England eased to a 3-0 victory when the teams clashed at Wembley Stadium in game two.

Albania also lost to the Three Lions, but they have taken four points from their other two matches. After an easy 3-0 home victory over Andorra, the Red and Blacks drew with Serbia on Saturday.

Albania are the favourites in Riga, and we are backing the visitors to edge an entertaining qualifier. Our money is going on the away win and both teams to score at 4.50.

Dutch to Ease Past Maltese

Netherlands take on Malta this week at Euroborg in Group G. The Dutch got up and running at the weekend with three points in Helsinki.

Ronald Koeman’s men kicked off their qualifying campaign by beating Finland 2-0 away from home. Memphis Depay opened the scoring in the sixth minute, and Denzel Dumfries doubled their advantage midway through the first period.

Malta have taken one point from their opening three qualifiers. The Maltese have lost to Finland and Poland without scoring, and drew 0-0 at home with Lithuania.

No international games are easy, but this should be a stroll in the park for Koeman’s Oranje. Back Holland to win both halves at 1.37.
